Overhead Powerline and Substation Scaffolding
At Complete, we specialise in the provision of scaffolding for overhead powerline works, ranging from tower access to obstacle protection and everything in-between; we facilitate new-build, diversion, maintenance and removal of powerlines on projects of all sizes. Another area of expertise is our provision of specialist scaffold structures for high profile electricity substation works, including access, lifting, weatherproofing and more. Using the latest scaffold systems and industry innovations, we provide the most efficient, fully-designed scaffold solutions to what can quite often be the most complicated of problems.
Commercial and Residential Scaffolding
Our commercial and residential scaffolding team specialise in the provision of a wide range of scaffolding solutions to major construction organisations across the UK. This includes the provision of access scaffolds, edge-protection, loading/shoring, weatherproofing and temporary roofing, to name but a few. Whether it be new-build, maintenance or demolition projects, we are able to deliver, regardless of project scale or location.
In-House Scaffold Design Department
Our in-house design team consisting of two fully qualified design engineers and two trainee design engineers cater to all of our clients' design needs, including; pre-tender feasibility studies, full bespoke structural designs and calculations, third party stakeholder negotiations, third party category 3 design checking and design submission coordination. We have a wealth of experience in traditional tube & fitting and all major scaffold systems, designed using the latest CAD software in accordance with only the most up-to-date standards, along with extensive knowledge of major project stakeholder design approval processes.

Specialist plant and fleet allow us to get the job done, even under the most challenging site and access conditions.
Complete is heavily invested in traditional tube and fitting scaffolding, system scaffolding, access and weatherproofing systems and UBIX/Keder temporary roofing systems; enough to meet the demands of the very largest of projects. Our team of in-house designers use the latest CAD software to provide innovative and bespoke detailed designs along with supporting proof calculations.
